We believe that to be great at an art, you need practice, support, resources and opportunity. Long Range Academy NZ is established as a private and closed group, and all for the betterment of our sport and individuals development in the art of long-range and precision shooting.

Shooting Courses

Our various courses will equip shooters with the most current and progressive skills to develop their shooting capability.
From fundamentals to advanced shooting techniques, our courses are designed to enable you to grow and develop as a rifle shooter. They are also there for experienced shooters to pass knowledge onto others by instructing or assisting on a course.
All for the betterment of our sport.

Competition Readiness

Practice sessions and pre-competition sessions will ensure that you are prepared for local and national events.

Regular LR training sessions with other members and occasional guest instructors for continued improvement opportunities.

Opportunities to conduct ammunition calibration in varied enviroments and to extended distances.

Events

Our commitment to our sport means we need to be actively envolved in the hosting and running of events. From 22LR, PRS through to Magnum Long Range events. Our community of shooters and with support from sponsors and partners will enable our group to establish and operate highly successful events within NZ.
